Nobu San once said that his cooking is simply ingredients plus umami. For our new photoshoot for Matsuhisa Athens, we decided to align our approach with the same philosophy of simplicity, in order to deliver a fine minimalist visual result. “Clean” aesthetics, eye-pleasing shapes, geometrical lines and an architectural kind of styling give Matsuhisa Athens a modern look that enhances its upscale identity in a cool, understated fashion. Elegant, subtle, otherworldly. That is how we reimagined Matsuhisa Athens.
