Our photoshoot for Elli Lyraraki’s handcrafted shoes focused on a surreal depiction of her craft, inspired by modern aesthetic approaches on the visual aspect of fashion. Arms replacing legs, hands serving as feet, body distortions and eye-catching fluorescent and pastel colors evoke a transformative feel, related to trending contemporary traits such as freedom, diversity and subversion. Quirky, experimental and disruptive pictures that deliver powerful messages.
